One complete residence

Each residence is owned by a special-purpose company. The home is never physically divided.

Each Owner-Member joins through one Class A Participation Unit, with a voice and a vote.

Six guaranteed weeks

Two weeks in high season, two in mid season, and two in low season, with annual rotation. Owner-Members may also request additional weeks through an organized pool, subject to availability and the applicable rules.

Shared governance

Clear rules, transparent costs, and important decisions made collectively by the members.

The final structure, rights, calendar, and conditions will be governed by the legal documents applicable to each residence.

What does an Owner-Member acquire?+

One Class A Participation Unit in the company that owns the residence, together with the use and governance rights established in its legal documents.

Is IndexaX a timeshare?+

No. Members do not purchase isolated weeks. Each Owner-Member participates in the company, votes, and accesses a complete residence under shared rules.

Is the residence rented to third parties?+

The model is designed for the exclusive use of Owner-Members and their families, not as a vacation-rental operation.

How are the weeks of the year allocated?+

Each of the seven Owner-Members is guaranteed six weeks of use per year: two during high season, two during mid season, and two during low season. This accounts for 42 weeks. Of the remaining 10 weeks, four are reserved for preventive maintenance—one per quarter—and six form an organized pool of additional weeks available to Owner-Members under the applicable allocation rules and subject to availability.
